Help! My 360 picture is not oriented correctly!

I took some photos with a 260Fly camera. When I pull the photos into Cenario VR, they are not oriented correctly. They look like they are rotated 90 degrees. It there something i need to do to get them to have the correct horizontal orientation?

What gets really hard is when 360 video is not oriented correctly. You can re-render it with the correct rotation in Premiere Pro, but it's incredibly slow.
