Group of Groups

I agree this would be useful for functionality. Also, I find it would be useful to have a way of grouping content together just for the sake of organization and not functionality. Perhaps folders which collapse down to simplify chapters/pages where the content takes up a large chunk of the screen? Using groups for this purpose leads to problems like forgetting to run as an action group.
