I transformed a goverment 'in-class' course and developed web-based training from it. I would suggest that you look at all the material you have from the 'in-class' and decide how you will take that material and make it into an online course. I find that 'online' course have more details than that of 'in-class' courses.Also understand who your audience will be for example my audience is Civilian, Military, and Contractors with various technology experience. So when I creat a web-based course I have to take into consideration the technology learning curve too.Will this course be Asynchrounous or Synchronous this can affect how you will present the material too?
