Gray dot and other issues with Seamless Play and Cornerstone

We are still experiencing the strange gray dot and a blue 6 second video screen when publishing via seamless play and playing via the Cornerstone App. The only solution we can find is to publish without seamless play.

Cornerstone is offering no assistance.

Has anyone else come up with a solution?
