I haven't had anyone mention this problem ... I just created a title similar to what you described and it worked correctly.It may be related to the images not getting updated. When publishing, check the option to "Publish all pages/resources" to ensure that all your images get re-created.It might also be something with your browser's cache not reloading the new content. Try clearing out your browser's cache and then refresh the page.
