Go to a page from a Flash file

So were either of you able to get this to work properly. I need to embed a Search/Index into one of my Lectora pieces. My customer does not want to use the Lectora Index that is native to the product. So my thought is to use Flash to create the search and then have the user be able to link to a page in the course from the Falsh file. the above sounds like it will get me to where I want to be.
