Go to a page from a Flash file

I'm having the same issue, except now my swf file seems corrupt or something. It was playing fine the last time I had it in my course...but i took it out for a while. When I just added it in, the movie is no longer smooth. The vector image is becoming all piecy. It play fine int he swf file when it is not in lectora. But, my main question right now is: Where do I put the javascript("trivExitPage('chapter_1_page_4.html',true)");? I know very little about javascript? Will I publish to SCORM and then go to the page with flash file on it and view the source to see the javascript for this page? Thanks!!
