Globally turn off/on audio and captions

Hi, i wonder if its possible to globaly turn off/on audio in video files (and audio files). And also turn off/on captions for video files. With that said, im not looking for a setting in the prefferences but somthing each user can choose.

Solution
There is a mute action feature that sets the volume to zero for all media. This action should persist for all pages. When a user changes the caption state it should retain that setting for all media in the project. If these things are not happening please open a support issue.
