Getting some .Not Completed.s

The delay works pretty well. We had the same issue with our LMS (KnowledgePlanet). At times it seems like a random issue. However, I've been pretty suspicious that associates on slower bandwidth connections or on the system at peak server times tend to have the issue more than others. Again, we have exceptions.While the delay is important during the submission of test data ... the single biggest improvement we saw was when I navigated the user to a pass/fail page after clicking the done button in the test. I've found that even though you might have actions that commit to a variable, the message tends not to be sent back to the LmS completely unless you move from that page and load another. Just a non-technical viewpoint of an situation I have encountered.
