Full Screen Popup Window in LMS

I can get 2 out of 3. To Center your content horizontally, select that option on the first tab of the title properties.What I could not find easily was how to center it vertically on the screen. I found how to center a window, but not the content within a window using JavaScript. After an intensive 5 min search, it looks like this is done using CSS or frames.
