Forms or Questions?

Hi all,1st time on the forum so first of all, Hi all.I have got a bit of background knowledge using Dreamweaver for about 4 years however I have only recently started to dabble in Lectora to develop e-learning packages. Our team are currently working on a "Learning styles questionnaire". This is basically a series of questions (Say 100 questions) and depending on which questions you tick these ticks then populate four totals at the end.e.g.Reflector = 22Activist = 8Purist =60Pragmatist = 10Exactly what tool (if at all possible that is) would I use to do this and can anyone give me a bit of info how i would start this?CheersAlex
