Formating Text in a Change Content Action

Thank you both. This worked for formatting the text. The other thing that I need to do is make the text that is coming in to the text box show up in an ordered list. In a previous screen they are checking multiple choices and then those results are populated into these text boxes. Right now the results are coming in all together in a jumbled list and I want them to appear more organized. Any thoughts about this? Thanks!Tara
