Foreign Language Text displaying as Misspelled

I am running Lectora Publishing Suite 2008. I have a course with multiple languages (Spanish, German, Hungarian, Chinese, Japanese, etc.) The text in the course displays as misspelled, so it is not allowing me to grab that text to copy, cut, paste, add hyperlinks, etc. I've seen this before on another machine I was using, but can't remember what I did to resolve this issue. Any ideas??
