Flypaper Project Covering Up Everything in Lectora

Hey, Quick question out there for someone. I used a photo viewer in Flypaper to create a project. I pulled in the project to Lectora and set it up to not show automatically and it is layered in the very back. Whenever I preview the project in my browser, and I click to show the project, it covers up everything else and layers itself on the top. I have everything set up for it to load to the back.

Do flypaper projects do this automatically? Or is it just a glitch?
