.flv file not playing when publishing to AICC

I first had mp3 files playing my audio and then realized that if I used .flv I can add events to set character poses during set times in my audio file. When I set the events and use preview mode it works great. But when I publish to AICC, the audio file does not play at all, therefore not triggering the events. I am on IE8 using the version x.6.

Anyone with guidance is greatly appreciated as this title is going for review in a few weeks and I just can't figure out why this is happening.
