FLV converted Audio sync event not working in IE 11

Hi,
I have developed 10 pages, with audio converted into flv with events but these event are not working in IE 11 browsers. can sumone help me to solve this problem or any technical reason, or any concrete solution, is any possiblity to resolve this.
