Flash won.t stop on last frame

I cannot figure out how to get a video/animation to both be initially visible as the first frame, and stop with the last frame visible when done playing. I'm using Lectora Enterprise 2008.I'm working with a video in a title that was originally an avi file. To save space, I initially converted it to an flv. It then appeared initially as a black rectangle prior to playing, and returned to a black rectangle when done playing...as if the first frame is all black and it's rewinding when done. Then, I tried outputting it from Flash as a swf with a stop action on the last frame. It initially appears fine with the first frame visible, but returns to a still shot of this first frame when done playing. I don't see a Flash Command in Lectora that allows me to "Go To Last Frame" on "Done Playing", and I can't seem to figure out how to encode the video to somehow accomplish this without Lectora's help.BTW, both videos play more like I would expect to in external players. Neither "rewinds" to the first frame when complete (unless that option is enabled in the player controls), but rather stop with the last frame still in view...exactly what I want. So, what am I doing wrong? I'm new to all of this, and I'm sure when I get to the bottom of it, it'll be another lesson for me in how I brought this on myself. Thanks for any pointers,Al
