Flash problem with Video Tour

I just got the Lectora Professional Publishing Suite Demo and wanted to run the video introduction (Help > Video Tour). When I try to do so, however, I get the error "This title contains flash animations, and no support for Flash was found on your system. If you wish to view the Flash in this title, please obtain Flash from Macromedia at ". I have Flash 8 installed, as well as Flash Player 10. What am I missing?
You help is greatly appreciated!
