Flash control in Lectora

I am working on an elearning course and in that course there are stops to check for understanding. These pages contain 2 .swf files created with Actionscript 3.0 Flash. I want to stop the first .swf when the correct answer to a Question is clicked and start the second. I have added an action to the question Choice 2 to be OnSelectChangeFlashCmd with the Command STOP to the first Flash file and added an action to the same Choice as OnSelectChangeFlashCmd with the Command PLAY to the second Flash file. This works for the most part (i still need to disable the button after it is hit once so the Flash file doesn't get played multiple times) in preview mode F11, but does not work when it is Published AICC to our LMS. Ideas or input? Thank you all for your help!
