flash and button problem

hi everyone i need help.. I have a course made by flash, navigation button included in that swf file, then I import that to lectora, but I need to add submit button separate to that swf file. Then put it over the swf file, but when I published it to scorm 1.2 and upload it to Enterprise Knowledge Platform LMS, the button did not appear in front of the swf, because submit button goes at the back of the swf file. I already configure the layering, still not work. Any help or suggestion much appreciated. thanks.hi everyone i need help..
