Feedback not working in HTML

When I publish my courses to HTML, the feedback to questions usually does not show, even though I have checked the "show feedback" for each question. It works fine when publishing to .EXE or CD. I say usually, because it doesn't work in 4 of the courses, but it does in the fifth one, at least in my browser, and I can't for the life of me figure out what I did differently. Any ideas?
