Easy. Assuming you are running 2006 or later, on each of the question's radio buttons or check boxes, open properties. On the On Select/Change tab, have an action that runs an action group that contains the actions you want. So if 3 check boxes have the same set of actions, they can all run the same group. If the fourth has a different set of actions, it runs a different action group. An Action Group is a group object containing actions. See the User Guide or Online Help for more specific info.
