excluding test from overall score

apologies about not replying sooner, last week was very busy.

Yeah you can test on your local PC, in fact, simplicity is the whole idea. It basically acts as an LMS and reports back what your course is submitting to it. It shows you a tick list of all the things that should have been sent back. Anyway thought I would just copy and paste here a list of brief instructions that I emailed somebody recently in how to use it. Hope this helps.

1) Get the ADL folder from the download.2) Put that folder on your C drive.3) Publish your lectora title to SCORM and to a folder you know on your computer (don't set it to be in a zip).4) Go to this page in Internet Explorer C:ADLTestSuite1_2_7TestSuitescoRTESCORTEMain.htm 5) Just click 'Run' on the box which comes up.6) Scroll down to 1) and the browse button. Browse to the index file of your published scorm output.7) Then at the bottom of the page click Launch SCO.8) your title will open up with a purple bar at the bottom (SCO Run-Time Environment Test)9) As you go through the course, in the other browser window it will be writing all this information about what the LMS will be picking up. What you are personally interested in, is the variable cmi.core.score.raw. Whatever value that is, is what the score is being sent to the LMS. Don't forget to look at the final instance of it.
