Error creating autorun file?

Has anyone had any success with publishing a Lectora file to CD-ROM with the creation of an autorun file? I have tried publishing multiple times - I get a message saying: 0 errors, 0 warnings, yet at the end of the publishing, I get a message in red displaying: Error creating autorun file.

The .exe file works, but as is it would require the user to locate the file on the CD and open it. I have tried manually adding an autorun.inf file to the package, but that isn't working either.
