Error and close of program

I am a new user to Lectora and have received this error three times in the last two weeks:The instruction at "ox006c4db4" referenced memory at "oxoooooo5o". The memory could not be read".Click on ok to terminate the programClick cancel to debug the programI click to debug and it closes and says:Lectora.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program.Anyone have a clue as to why it is doing this?
