erroneous test results

I am using lecotra 2007 enterprise and inquisiq LMSI have a test with 14 questions. the test results page indicates all the questions answered correctly but the score is only a 54%. I have this on a couple of lessons. there are several tests in the lesson and this seems to be the only one that is not scoring correctly. Although, I have to score 85% to go to the next chapter so there could be more tests that are not scoring correctly as well
