Please send your files (Lectora title and Dreamweaver created content) to support@trivantis.com and we'll take a look. Please include as much detail as possible about which machines/browsers/version of Windows Media the content works on and which it does not. If the browser is using another media plugin other than Windows Media Player, than please include which plug-in and versions as well.
