Possible Javacript Title Manager Problem

We just discovered a possible issue with the Javascript Title Manager and posting of results for an AICC course. Just wondering if anyone has reported it or can confirm for me this is an issue.First of all, we were encouraged by Trivantis support to consider using the Javascript Title Manager method for our AICC courses in our LMS (Saba 3.5SP1).This was after we were using the Java applet but we suddenly starting getting some sporadic freezes and hangups when the quiz results in an AICC course were displayed for the learners after a quiz. With the help of Trivantis Support we got the Javascript Title Manager working correctly for testing in our environment. Then, in the course of looking at this solution to maintain an "AICC heartbeat": http://community.trivantis.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=3777&PN=1 &TPN=1 . . . we discovered that after an hour of a Lectora 2006 SP5 AICC course (using the Javascript Title Manager) being launched and active, it passed misformatted AICC "time spent" data to our LMS. Anything before an hour elapsed was formatted correctly. After an hour, it was always wrong. For example, before an hour has elapsed, the AICC PutParam command passed this for time, which is formatted right: 00:51:31After an hour, it passes something like this:01:0-519:0-12This causes a problem for our LMS. Any course completion attained after an hour does not get recorded. Behind the scenes, an error message comes up about improperly formatted number data.Is this a known Lectora 2006 SP5 bug? We don't see it with the Java applet--just the Javascript title Manager. I don't believe it is anything that we are doing, as we tested this both with our own AICC heartbeat and the regular one with Lectora and got the misformatted time value both times.Anyone?TIA!- GerryEdited By: GerryWaz on 2007-6-22 16:39:13
