Email quiz submission and Javascript error

Hello all! I have only been using Lectora for a couple of days, but was very excited about what I was able to do until I tried publishing. I have an email form submit set up at the end of my quiz, and it works wonderfully locally, but when I publish to html, I get the following error: "One or more forms,tests, or submit actions have their information submitted via email which is not supported using the Javascript Title Manager...". So I turn this off, it publishes OK, but when I test the results I get the following error in IE8: "Security Error, unable to send request. This course must be loaded from the system that the data is submitted to: access denied (SocketPermission 127.0.0.1:25 connect,resolve). And I've looked up that this error can be solved by turning the Javascript Title Manager on, so now my head is spinning and I'm going round in circles!! Help please!!
