.swf File Appears Grey and Will Not Trigger trivNextPage()

Hello all; I have a weird problem I'm hoping someone can help with. I have posted a course on our Intranet (as I have previously done many times), in which I have 3 .swf files that I published from Captivate and inserted as animations. They were all published the same way, and inserted the same way. One of the three loads the border, the play bar, and a grey screen instead of the first slide. If I rewind it using the Captivate playbar, or go forward/back, everything appears as it should. The other part of the problem is it will not trigger the trivNextPage() at the end of the module. Thoughts anyone????
