Editing file names

HiOne of my authors has imported some graphics and additional files with mixed case file names. The problem is my LMS doesn't like them. However, when I try to remove and reimport the files to give them lowercase file references Lectora simply replaces the name with the original mixed case file name.Are the names of graphics and additional files held in some config file for the title that Lectora is using and is it possible for me to edit/change the names in this file directly?
