Lowercase file names please

HiMy client's server does not tollerate uppercase file names, or with file names with mixed case characters. I think this is common on certain types of server (Unix?) However, Lectora insists on naming the files APIWrapper2004.js and SCOFunctions2004.js with mixed case file names. Could I ask the developers to use only lowercase names, currently I have to manually rename the files using Dreamweaver and let it update the references within each HTML file everytime I republish.Again, if I have missed something in the preferences then I would be interested to know.
