Drag and drop/hotspot question.

Ok, I am attempting to include a question in the body of my module. The question is such "According to regulations, you must have the _______ , _________ , and/or __________ to perform your job."As you can see, there are three correct answers to this question (education, training, and/or experience). I would dearly love to have this be a drag and drop-type question, where I use a graphic containing the question with blanks as you see it above, then have the answers (with multiple distractors) listed in a vertical column to the side of the question. The user would then drag the correct answers from the side onto a spot in the question that corresponds with one of the blank lines.I am not sure if it is possible, since (most likely operator error) I have not been able to get the drag-and-drop part figured out yet...
