Don.t run if screen capture software open

Okay, I may be dreaming, but I thought I heard somewhere that there is either scripting or software that can be placed with your e-Learning courses that will not allow the course to load if it detects that a screen capture software application is running.We want to prevent a learner from recording and sharing with others. Especially with testing situations.Any advise?
