Does this ASP Code for submitting variables to a database look right?

Never mind...won't show the code......Two other questions:
1. Does/Should the ASP Code sit in the same folder as the DB?
2. The Lectora form I"m using to submit this data currently only has 2 variables, but the code references all eight variables I want added to the database. If on the Lectora form, I check 'include all variables in submission', will the other 6 get picked up by the code?
