Additional Templates?

It would be hard to say exactly but I prefer controls on eLearing modules to be consolidated, bottom-left for example. There are examples of this design, but not quite what I was hoping for. I know I can build my own template but for example, Flash have different forums available where we post and share pre-built, re-usable objects. I thought maybe that sort of resource might exist somewhere for Lectora users too.
