Difficult to Get Registered into the Ceritfied Lectora Author program?

I'm new to the community. I'd really like to become a Lectora Certified Author. I'm having trouble giving Trivantis my money and starting the program. Has anyone else experienced problems with this? Our company has our own hosted Coursemill, so do I need to buy the Trivantis hosted coursemill license too in order to sign up? I can't seem to get registered. I go to the certification tab from the main site Certification - eLearning Software, Authoring, LMS | Lectora Training QT
and click the link "create an account in Coursemill". Then, I believe I'm getting a lot of marketing about buying the new CourseMill version 6.6. I thought, "oh. Maybe I can just sign up for a 30 day trial and get registered that way". So I fill out the form to start my 30 day trial for Coursemill. Then I get an email stating someone from sales will contact me. So, I've been waiting for over a day now. I'd really like to give Trivantis some money, but it's been difficult. So, I called into tech support and haven't been able to talk to a human, so I left a message. Still waiting. So, I thought I'd contact sales directly through the web form. They haven't called yet either. So I called the 1.866.852.6700 number and talked to a nice gal. She put me in touch with a tech manager. Except I really didn't get to talk to him so I left a voicemail. Oh well. I'm sure I'll become certified someday. And that will be a great day!!! :D
