Develop content in Lectora to begin with?

Great subject, here's my view:In our company, we have a sort of division that creates what we call content. This covers just about everything that has to be learned in a course or training, including things to spice up the course. Usually this is done together (or only by) the one that also creates the path's and methods of learning. He or she knows best what needs to be thought and what does not. That idea (usually build in word in combination with photoshop graphics and such) is then transferred to me and my collegues. We than proceed to building the technical infrastructure in either Adobe's Captivate, or Trivantis' Lectora. Sometimes we feel that Captivate works better for certain courses. We then create the "skeleton" or foundation of the course, chapter setup, page creation, adding actions and such. After that is done we proceed to fill in the course, usually together or closely working together with the people that created the learning path and learning method. We then test it internally and externally and finally put it live on our LCMS.
