Custom Advance by Enter / Spacebar causing unresolved destination error

In my Lectora X (Inspire) title, I have logic built to allow participants to indicate one of several positions they may hold with our company, and if none apply, they can indicate that. This determines which content they see.
In dealing with the Advance by Enter and Advance by Spacebar actions, I disinherited the default Advance-by actions and created my own on pages that have two "next page" options. I have them pointing to the same page that the alternate next button points to, but when I publish to SCORM, I have Go To errors on every page that has the alternate advance-by actions.
I wonder if it has something to do with the back button, which for some reason is not working at all in this title (that's a first for me). When the audio is running and I hit the back button, the page does not move. This may be related or may be something else entirely.
Troubleshooting I have done so far: I have tested publishing the title without the actions on one page, so if that were the problem, the number of errors would be reduced. That is not the case. I have published the title without the back button, and I have tested it without the key sequence I added for module testing that allows someone to advance to the next page automatically in case they get stuck. I could see how this could conflict, but I still have the same # of errors. I published it to a single file executable just to see if I get the errors and I don't. I have checked all inherited and disinherited objects, and none stand out as being in conflict.
I searched the community and could find nothing about this error. Does anyone have a solution for this? Thanks!
