CSV Question Import PAIN!!!!!

A process that should be convenient, (importing test questions) is so flawed that it causes extreme pain every time I use it:
-The font always comes in at 10pt which is universally agreed to be too small
-Changing the font size mucks up each and every text box and takes everything out of alignment
-Fixing the above takes an inordinate amount of time. I question if there is any benefit to using the tool.
I have asked and asked for this process to be improved. At very least the default font (referred to as 'vanilla' by support) should be at least 12pt.
Am I the only one in pain?
