Course does not launch

I downloaded service pack SP3a for Lectora Publishing Suite 2007. Now published courses do not launch. We get the message 'There was an error communicating with the host of unit 1. Please contact your course material provider'. The courses published prior to applying this service pack launch with no problem.I downloaded service pack SP3a for Lectora Publishing Suite 2007.
