Course Completion Error in LMS

For anyone who is interested, I did resolve this error. I appreciate all the input, but it seems to have been a rather small issue. The course in question is now uploaded to our Learn.com LMS and functioning appropriately. And for what it's worth, we did publish to SCORM, but the AICC completion variable is functioning on our LMS. Weird. (We suspect it has something to do with our LMS being hosted offsite at our parent company on their servers.) Anyhow...I added two actions to try to resolve the course completion reporting. One was attached to the test to score and report it, and one was attached to the last page to modify the course completion variable to 'completed'. It is this second action where the trouble seems to lie. AndyP, above, answered the question and I missed it. (Kudos!) After about two hours of helping me try to debug the error, my supervisor remembered that the Learn.com LMS requires the variables to be lower case. I had been using 'Completed' or 'Complete' instead of 'completed'. This casing error was generating the value set error mentioned above.
