Content Rule Violation

I have been trying to test my published Lectora packages with an LMS. However when I try to import the course it fails due to validation errors - 444 errors - not something I want to go in and hand edit! For example the error states [01] File at path [/home/MANIFEST1/a001_introduction_starting_page.html] does not have a corresponding element listed in the imsmanifest.xmlWhen I look at the imsmanifest - the files are listed. I've tried packaging the files with both Scorm 2004 and Scorm 1.2 - neither works.Has anyone else encountered problems with an LMS validating your content? Thanks for any input/suggestions.
