Completion status problem

We too get this problem with our LMS host. We believe the problem lays in the Javascript transfer, when you exit using the X button in the top right of your IE browser, it comes up with an LMS set value error because the course didn't have the ability to transfer data with the host LMS. We have instructed our users to use an exit button in the course versus the one in the Internet Explorer browser window.
