Change Contents (Action)

I'm new to Lectora and I'm having a big problem with several pages once I publish the title to html. The red errors "There is a Change Contents action on this page with an invalid destination." I've isolated the problem to my Pre/Post Test questions. I can't seem to find out what I'm doing wrong. I've checked my properties.
