CenarioVR on new PICO firmware

I recently made the foolish mistake of updating our Pico to the newest version. It is a 'business enterprise' version and only whitelisted apps are able to downloaded through the 'Business store' of which the CenarioVR is not one.

This basically makes our Pico Neo Eye headsets expensive bricks as CenarioVR was the only app we were using with them.

Is there an APK I can download to sideload on to PICO?

Or has anyone got any idea how to get the Cenario app on to the updated Pico?

I found this APK for quest so hoping there is the same set up for the Pico? the only APK I can find online are the mobile version:
