Playing Cenario on iPad

Hello,

HAS ANYONE MANAGED TO GET CENARIO MODULES WORKING ON IPAD

I am on struggle street getting a module I created to work, I have tried so many different methods but not one will let me get through the module without it either crashing, or not even starting in the first place.

Methods I've tried -

Export to SCORM and host on LMS

Export to HTML and host on web

Publish to Cenario Live and view through app

Log in to Cenario on web and view through browser

Viewing through the Cenario app was the best I got it working, I got through a few of the scenes before it decided to freeze. Now it won't even load the first scene but still shows pop-ups.

I am at a loss, the videos in the module have been compressed through handbrake using the Cenario provided 4K preset, is there another preset I should be using that the iPad might prefer? Is it just that the iPad doesn't have the power to view 360 content?

iPad Specs:

IOS 16.5

9th Gen

The issue is likely going to be something in your content that doesn't play on an iPad, iOS is very finnicky about what it will play. Have you tried something like the Corals Scenario and if that works on your iPad? It should have the power too!

Most of my scenarios don't have video or audio so work fine on the iPad app (albeit a bit slowly). A few occasions where I've used 2D video, I've found it doesn't always play.
