Capturing results without an LMS?

Hi All, I am considering deploying an online course to users on a corporate network for safety training without using my LMS. What options would I have to track exam scores without sending variables to an LMS? I know there is an option to email test results, but I would prefer something a bit more behind the scenes.Any ideas on how to seamlessly accomplish this without the LMS?
