Those answers are very helpful! Thank you! :)Regarding #2:...You can insert a question onto a page without it being in a test using the add Question function and either have it graded or not. I was just wondering if it's possible to create a saved layout that saves the question as part of the layout. It seemed to strip out the question elements when I tried.
