Okay, I shall try to answer your questions; here goes.1) You can lock the position of each element within the properties of that element. If you want to lock it down between multiple developers; you can use Author control to do so.2) You can insert a question onto a page without it being in a test using the add Question function and either have it graded or not.3) You can build a custom button and save it as a library object to use in other projects if you would like them all to be the same or you can use the pre-made buttons that come standard within Lectora by using the Button Wizard to insert them. (There are a lot to choose from in many colors and styles; so you should be able to find something that you like.)I hope these answers help.
